I’d really like to start a sadistic business like in the movie Hostel. I think it’d be a great way to make money and have people enjoy their sadistic ways. I’d really like that a lot. Any suggestions?

Need to know the correct procedure of how to develop your own business. What forms do I need to fill out? Which insurance do I need to be bonded? How much insurance should I take out when getting insurance and bonded for your business?
