I am looking to start an office cleaning business, and although I have been self-employed in the past, I’m not sure what is needed to get started. What to charge? Contracts? Bids? etc… Are there any free websites out there or links that can help me get styarted in the next couple of weeks? Thank in advance for all your answers!

Should I charge per square foot then add on anything extra. or should I just do a flat hourly rate depending on the amount of cleaning needing to be done?
