How To Start A Business

My homework is to find at least three companies or business people who are experienced in catering business and interview them.
The question is what are some of the types of expenses that you would have for starting a catering business and how much does each type of expenses cost?

Also, I am suppose to get the business owner’s names or the names of businesses. So if want, you could put that down!

What do I do to register a business name in the State of Georgia?

I am building a web site to sell products shipped from a warehouse in NJ. My business is registered in Ontario, Canada.

I was just contacted by a consultant who told me that I need to register my business in the US and have a US physical address in order to sell this way. Of course, he was offering his services to provide such.

I have checked the New Jersey state tax site and they do not appear to make any reference to this type of registration.

Is this guy for real?

making a layout site for sites like Myspace, Twitter..or creating a website that will bring in some sort of profit in the long run. Does anyone have any helpful ideas?
